Frequently Asked Questions

What if I am elderly or have a disability?

Our entire fleet is composed of ADA accessible vehicles - even our large transit buses have ADA ramps and lifts that can accommodate any person of any age or ability. If your age or disability make it difficult to access your nearest bus stop, we also have a FREE door-to-door ADA paratransit service that can get you where you need to go!  Find information about our paratransit service.

Which route do I want?

Our system reaches virtually every area of Winter Park and Fraser. Our new Regional Commuter route offers a year-round connection between Winter Park, Fraser and Granby.  Visit our routes webpage to find which routes service your area, and what their schedules are.

When does the bus arrive?

You can visit our routes webpage to view detailed timetables for each route.  For the most up-to-date location on all of our buses, you can also download "The Lift Rider" app to view all our routes and next two estimated times of arrival!

Why can’t the bus drop me off at my house?

Riders will only be picked up and dropped off at designated signed stops. If you need help finding the nearest designated signed stop to your property, please use our interactive map or contact the Transit Manager directly at transit@wpgov.com. Buses will pass anyone standing on the side of the road that is not at a designated signed stop. Click here to view an example of our bus stop signs.
