How to Ride
Riding the Lift is simple!
Here are some quick tips to help you use our service.
Call us at 970.726.4163 if you have questions.
1. Track your bus.
Use the Lift Rider app or click here to track your bus in real time.
2. Find your stop.
Our bus stop signs have the stop name and route identifiers to let you know what routes provide service to the stop. Please arrive a few minutes early so the driver can see you waiting.
3. Board the bus.
Wait until passengers have exited the bus. Enter the bus through any door; all routes are free so no fare is required. If you need assistance, please ask the driver for help.
4. Exit the bus.
When you are a block from your destination, pull the cord above the window to alert the driver you want to exit, and step out the nearest door. Don’t forget to check that you have all your belongings.
